Our Charter

Create a warm, friendly and fun atmosphere where everybody is made to feel welcome, regardless of how often they feel able to come along to sessions.

We respect each other’s opinion and give people the space and time to express thier opinions.

Listen to others and acknowledge that every individual is different.

Support and encourage each other, allowing everyone to express themselves without fear of their stories being shared outside of the group.

Value everyone's input including those who volunteer to ensure the doors to this group are kept open.

Help each other including ensuring the hall is clean and tidy after our use.
